Yes. FibreAir Internet Gateway supports WiFi. In case you have opted for your own Internet Gateway under FibreAir service that doesn’t support WiFi, then you will have to change your own (supported) Internet Gateway to use WiFi. FibreAir broadband internet is capable of supporting WiFi.

Typically the Wi-Fi coverage provided by the FibreAir Internet Gateway comfortably covers an open area of approx. 1000 Sq. ft. (on the same floor). However, this range can be affected by several external factors beyond our control, like interference from other Wi-Fi Access Points in the surrounding area, placement of the Internet Gateway in the house, user’s distance from it and the number of walls between the Internet Gateway and the user.

You can connect multiple devices to the FibreAir Internet Gateway however your speed will get impacted as it gets distributed across multiple devices.

Once these documents are verified, FibreAir Broadband order will be processed.

Once the documents provided by you are verified by us, you will receive a call from us for confirmation of installation appointment. The time taken for completing the installation & activation of FibreAir Broadband is approximately 4 hours from the time the installation engineer visits your home.

For LAN, connect one end of the Ethernet Cable to FiberAir Router and other end to TV LAN Port For Wifi, go to Wifi Settings, Select Wifi Name (SSID), enter WIFI(SSID) password. Do rememeber to check option “Automatically Connect” if available

You can change your Wifi Password by following steps

You can check connected devices by following steps

You can Delete/Block/Unblock any user by following steps

  4. 4. If you want to unblock then click on blacklisted device and unblock the user
